The Steamboat Jamboree is an annual early-summer celebration of bluegrass, Americana, roots, and string music in Olympia’s Steamboat Island area, centered around the cozy and historic Prosperity Grange Hall. Headed into its fifth year, the festival has built a following among Thurston County residents and Pacific Northwest musicians alike.  The Steamboat Jamboree is brought to you by a collaboration of two longstanding Olympia bands (The Oly Mountain Boys and The Pine Hearts). The Steamboat Jamboree showcases fantastic Northwest bands while simultaneously providing a fun, entertaining, and inspiring place to gather and celebrate music and the greater Northwest region! Local businesses provide food, drinks, crafts for sale at the event. Folks are encouraged to come with their voices and instruments, ready to jam at the impromptu circles that pop up around the campfires.
